Even though she already ran a successful blog, she took the time to help me out. Back then I had no idea how much work running a blog like Theta Mom entailed, so I emailed her with questions often, and she always got back to me, without any complaints. Only a few months later I realized Heather was "big time" and really didn't have extra time to helping out a newbie blogger like me, but she did. I will forever be thankful!
