I am so ready to go veg on the couch but just need to vent first. On top of the normal behavior issues, refereeing, cooking, cleaning, some work, and what not we had these incidents:
Jaylen poured an entire bottle of lotion on the carpet in his room and ground it in!!! Smells good!
Xavier got into a little plastic container of pasta salad while my sister was too busy reading a People magazine to notice! Pasta salad all over the coffee table and carpet.
Then my sister proceeded to leave an extra large dunkin donuts coffee on the SAME coffee table and Jaylen knocked it over with his Wonder Pets flyboat. So now there is pasta salad and coffee on the table and carpet!
Jaylen poured juice into the cable box and now it is broken! Brand new box!
Jaylen dumped baby powder on his brother's head, after pouring juice on him. His hair was sticky, white, hard, and crusty.
Thank goodness I use such great, safe cleaning and bath products! They were a life saver today! I got everything cleaned, including the kids, and didn't have to worry about the chemicals and them getting into it. Uggghhh!! Tomorrow WILL be better!

omgosh. what a day. it's good that you can take it all in stride. I've read lots of your blog. And it looks like such a struggle to raise a child with autism. your blog is a great resource to other mommies.
